To whom it may concern,

I am writing this testimony with my highest endorsement to Residents Medical. I am an American Citizen who graduated from an international medical school in 2015. I had so much difficulty in getting into residency and I lost all hope until I was recommended Residents Medical by a friend.

Joining Residents Medical was the best decision that I made and it was life-changing. They helped me study for my USMLE Step 3 with one of their top-scoring one-on-one tutors who designed an individualized study plan and taught me great strategies to approach the test. I was able to pass the exam easily on my first try. Residents Medical recommended me to the Everest Foundation to be an Everest Scholar in a highly reputable Albert Einstein College of Medicine affiliated program during which I had the chance to work one-on-one with a Program Director in research and hands-on clinical experiences (included both inpatient and outpatient).

As an Everest Scholar, the Everest Foundation supported me financially for a conference where I presented research posters. I am a very shy person and I get very anxious during interviews. Residents Medical arranged intensive one-on-one interview prep with a current Associate Dean at a School of Medicine and worked with a Speech Pathologist that helped me gain the confidence that I need to do well in my interviews. They worked relentlessly in making this whole process as easy as possible for me. They were my advocates and champions. They made sure that I had every opportunity possible to get into residency and they always worked with my best interest in mind.

I will forever be grateful to Residents Medical. I know that I would have never Matched without them. I have already recommended Residents Medical to all my friends that are in the same situation as me and would recommend it to any medical graduate that gets stuck in getting into a residency program.
