We thoroughly evaluate all candidates based on several criteria, including USMLE scores, experience and other credentials. RM offers placement opportunities to candidates who meet the established requirements of our professional assessment and admissions program. We employ a holistic approach by looking at a candidate’s entire profile, and examine how their goals can become a reality. Each potential applicant’s credentials must be approved by the Residents Medical Acceptance Committee before being offered placement into our program.

If the credentials of a candidate need to be enhanced, RM placement advisors create a step-by-step plan including preparatory guidance and education that is specifically tailored to each candidate’s needs. If candidates have only minor issues with their credentials, direct placement can be considered, where Residents Medical will fine-tune the candidates’ CV, personal statement and provide relevant services in order to be able to successfully advocate for the candidate at different residency programs.
