Mr. Simrat Gill is an MS2 currently taking a break to study for his USMLE Step 1 and gain practicum experience at Residents Medical. Because he is attending a medical school in Poland, he has firsthand knowledge of how difficult it is to attain residency in the United States. Mr. Gill has an extensive background in volunteering. Mr. Gill’s focus is assisting his students with Residents Medical education and preparatory solutions.
His time serving as the Student Government Association president led him to realize how much he enjoyed helping others achieve their dreams. As Brand Ambassador and Residency Specialist Counselor, Mr. Gill specializes in helping students and candidates, prepare for and achieve their dream residency or fellowship.
Maham Adeeb, MD

Dr. Maham Adeeb is a US-IMG from Pakistan. She is ECFMG certified and has completed her U.S. Board Exams. Scoring well on Step 1 and Step 2, Dr. Adeeb is well aware of the challenges residency and fellowship applicants face in their quest for post-graduate training.
Both U.S. graduates and IMG applicants are unable to achieve medical residency, making achieving residency more competitive with every passing year. Dr. Adeeb possesses the empathy and real-life experience to guide her cohorts to strengthen and improve their CVs to become more competitive applicants. As Senior Residency and Fellowship Specialist Counselor, Dr. Adeeb mentors and assists medical students and graduates in navigating the difficult path to achieve their dream residency or fellowship.
