With a diverse background in FDA-regulated healthcare, medical devices, and patient support technologies, I bring a unique combination of industry expertise and structured guidance to the residency and fellowship applicants I support. I spent several years at Medtronic working on Class I and Class II medical devices, contributing to FDA submissions, developing SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting major product and program initiatives. During this time, I collaborated closely with medical school graduates pursuing research experience within Medtronic, which strengthened my understanding of the academic-to-industry pipeline.
I was also part of the founding team behind edYOU Technologies, established by Residents Medical Chairman Michael Everest—an organization that is pioneering AI-driven education within GME. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management, following studies at California State University, Northridge, an educational path that sharpened both my operational mindset and analytical approach.
At Residents Medical, I provide candidates with comprehensive, strategic, and empathetic support. My approach is structured, encouraging, and thorough—designed to help every applicant cross the finish line toward securing an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship position.
Above all, I am deeply committed to helping medical students and graduates navigate one of the most important transitions of their careers. It is a privilege to support future physicians, especially international medical graduates striving to achieve the American dream of becoming board-certified physicians while helping address the growing doctor shortage in the United States.
