Residents Medical exists to close the gap between the growing demand for physicians and the limited number of qualified candidates prepared to fill residency, fellowship, and clinical roles across the United States. For more than 20 years, our organization has guided U.S. and international medical graduates through every stage of the residency and fellowship pipeline, from board exam preparation through final placement.
Through our Government Affairs practice, we extend that same expertise to federal government health systems, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the Indian Health Service, and other public health agencies. Our purpose is straightforward: help federal partners build and sustain a qualified, mission-ready physician workforce, while strengthening the graduate medical education pipelines that feed it.
